*Military Evaluations

Active duty members and/or retiree's of the Armed Forces, to include the National Guard, Coast Guard, and Reserves, are offered special military rates.  If you are now or have been in the Military before, contact Palmer University for information at here

    As part of the enrollment process, military members are required to submit a verification of present or past military experience.  For Army personnel it is a DA Form 2A and DA Form 2-1 along with copies of certificates of training and registration fee. It is recommended that students obtain a written transcript of their service by obtaining an Army/American Council on Education Registry Transcript (AARTS), (913) 684-3269.  Written transcripts of examinations under the CLEP or DANTES can be obtained at http://www.voled.doded.mil.

    Palmer University uses the American Council on Education (ACE) guide to determine recommended credits for your particular military/occupational specialty and military training courses.

    After the University receives your registration fee and documents, an unofficial evaluation will be completed and mailed back to you through email or regular mail.  At that point you will know the remaining requirements to complete your degree program. 

    The GI Bill, VEAP or Tuition Assistance does not apply towards Palmer University's programs.  However, it is our concern for our military service members that ensures the rates are affordable for all ranks.
