*Financial Agreement

  Students applying to Palmer University are required to complete a financial agreement after your application is received.  The terms of this agreement are bound by a mutual agreement between the University and the student.   Students are expected to understand the terms of the University refund policy. 

  Upon receiving your student application, a representative will send you the most recent financial agreement.  After you complete the agreement, send it as an attachment to here for immediate processing.  If necessary, a Palmer University staff member will contact you.
