Student Application

If you are interested in enrolling with Palmer University, please complete a student application and financial agreement. You may contact us by email.  A representative will contact you and send an application and financial agreement.  After you have completed both documents, please send back to us for processing.   If necessary, a Palmer University staff member will contact you.
