| The University has outlined a
simple process for registration. This process consists of 3 phases with requirements
on both the student as well as the University. Phase I: (Pre-enrollment)
Student: Submit copies of previous
transcripts, CLEPs, DSSTs, ACT PEP, GRE results, copies of certificates of training,
diploma's (High School, College), resume for civilian students, and for military
personnel a copy of their official record of service (example: Army 2A/2-1).
Submit US$100.00 application fee. Agree to
terms of financial arrangements. Click Tuition to
review the financial terms and refund policy for your program(s) of choice.
Submit the student registration and
statement of understanding forms.Complete the application; submit to the University.
Click Application to complete and submit the student
application and statement of understanding.
Palmer
University:
- Notify the student upon acceptance or
non-acceptance. If not accepted the application fee will be returned within 30 days.
Phase II: (Initiation and
Continuation of Study Program)
Student:
- Carefully organize your Independent Study
Program for the course(s) you have been provided.
- Determine the availability of research
resources in the area you live and work (Libraries, Computer Sources, etc).
- Select your examination proctor, complete
the statement of responsibility and mail to the University. Click Proctor
to review terms of Proctor requirements and
submission of Proctor Agreement.
- Develop a study plan and stay with it.
Palmer
University:
- Provide an unofficial evaluation for the
student to determine remaining requirements for their chosen degree program.
- Recommend the course(s) the student should
pursue to complete their program of studies.
- Assist the student if material and/or
resources are not readily available.
PHASE III: (Graduation)
Student:
- Must have completed all financial and
educational requirements for their degree program.
- All documents not initially provided must
be on file at the University.
Palmer
University:
- Provide the student their Diploma and
Official Transcript.
